Aviva Rolling Out E-Invoicing with OB10
Typically, invoices are created in a computer, printed and posted to the customer. Once received, they are then sorted in the mail room, delivered to the right department and entered into another computer to be processed for payment. This lengthy and manual process can take as much as 15 days. OB10 streamlines this manual and error prone process, by delivering invoice data directly from a suppliers accounting system to their customers accounting system. The data will be verified and information validated, making sure that only error-free, tax compliant invoices are delivered.
