Kraft facing mammoth SAP integration as it buys Cadbury for £12bn
Kraft and Cadbury are facing up to a massive SAP integration project, after Cadbury agreed to be bought by the US food giant for £11.9 billion. Following a lengthy courtship, Kraft finally won the approval of the Cadbury board by raising its takeover offer to 840 pence a share.

Half of UK businesses still on manual invoicing
Data management company Formscan says that 48% of companies it surveyed are still inputting and processing invoices manually, though half have automated their accounts receivable processes. According to Formscan, those without an automated accounts receivable and accounts payable system may be missing out on cost savings of up to 80% on the cost of invoice processing.
